Amber Gregory, Yoga

Teaching Philosophy
Everyone has the opportunity to bring their unique selves back to a state of natural beauty and joy. The combination of a healthy yoga practice and an informative introduction to Ayurveda, the oldest form of medicine and the sister science to yoga, offers tools to longevity through mind, body and spirit, and supports living in balance through the five elements, air, ether, earth, water and fire.
