Teaching Statement
I believe that children learn best through play. Children are inherently curious. Experiential learning is imperative in helping our children to grow socially, emotionally and cognitively. It’s my responsibility as a Teacher to foster a love of learning by providing a safe space for children and encouraging them to follow their interests. Whether they’re painting, doing a puzzle, playing a game or simply playing make believe with their friends, the simple act of playing with and learning from their classmates is helping to build a life-long love of learning.
