Teaching Artist Statement
I enjoy exploring a variety of singing styles with my students. Every student is capable of progress, and I strive to teach in a way which accommodates a variety of individual learning styles. I believe the best lessons include the benefits of a positive and encouraging atmosphere, and clear, focused instruction. My teaching philosophy is rooted in a strong classical foundation, and draws on various technical and educational approaches.
