Teaching Artist Statement
Music, through abundant interactions with the brain, has the power to act as a conduit of change. Through the music therapy profession, these exchanges can be utilized to embrace health, growth, and solidarity. As people, music acts as our unifying force on a foundation of culture, community, and wellness. I am grateful to be here at SSC, where my values are not only shared, but are actively implemented, strengthened, and reflected from the team and those served.
