Teaching Artist Statement
I believe in the power of dance and movement to facilitate positive changes in individuals of all ages and abilities. I have witnessed the vibrant sense of community and joy brought about through dance, and have dedicated my life to sharing this passion with others. I have a keen understanding of the mind/body connection, and integrate this knowledge to support healing and growth. There is movement in all lifeforms. When we dance together, we illuminate the beautiful and bright spirit of humanity.
