Singing with Parkinson’s

Singing with Parkinson’s is a chorus for persons living with Parkinson’s disease and their care partners. Each session is one hour of rehearsal, followed by 30 minutes of optional social time with refreshments. Staffing consists of a board-certified music therapist, a board-certified movement/dance therapist, and a world-class accompanist. A typical session begins with light stretching and vocal warmups, followed by singing, movement, and cool-down. Social time provides a nice opportunity for engagement and connection. A virtual option to participate is also available.
