Space Rental Policy
Concert Hall (125 seat capacities in Hingham and Duxbury, 50 each for tables)
- $250 plus $25/hour for custodian, 3 hour minimum, 6 hour maximum.
- Additional piano tuning $150.
Large Rooms (30 seat capacities in Duxbury, 50 seats in Hingham)
- $175 plus $25/hour for custodian, 3 hour minimum, 6 hour maximum.
- Additional piano tuning $150.
Block out (Interior)
- $750 plus $25/hour for custodian, 4 hour minimum, 8 hour maximum.
- Security required for more than 100 vehicles on site, call for prices.
- Additional piano tunings @ $150 per instrument.
Amphitheater (250 seat capacity in theater, 300 person capacity on the lawn)
- $400 plus $25/hour for custodian.
- No piano or instruments, stage lighting and 250 seats provided.
- Security required for more than 100 vehicles on site, call for prices.
