Katy Boc
Katy Boc, Suzuki violin and viola, earned her B.M in Viola Performance from U.T Austin where she studied with Roger Myers. She has been teaching Suzuki violin and viola since 1998 and is a faculty member of the U.T String Project and South Shore Conservatory. Katy has taught private and group lessons, theory and ear training, and chamber music to children and adults of all ages. Additionally, she has studied privately with Kato Havas and continues to pursue Suzuki violin teacher training with renowned teacher-trainer Carol Sykes. Katy is a newly certified Music Together teacher and is thrilled to be teaching this early childhood music program to families with young children. Katy lives in Marshfield with her husband and three children.
