Duxbury Music Festival: Opening Concert, featuring the Evenings Under the Stars Festival Orchestra, Nicholas Palmer conducting, with Shijun Wang, 2007 Duxbury Music Festival Solo Competition winner, performing Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No, 1 in B-flat Minor, op 23. Orchestra selections will include Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake Overture and 1812 Overture, Music from the Movies and John Philip Sousa’s Stars & Stripes Forever.
