Allyson Lynch

Allyson Lynch, voice, drama

Teaching Artist Statement
My overall goal as a music and drama educator is to help my students develop a strong foundation of skills from which they can build on in their own individual ways. Since every student is different, I believe this allows each of them to find their own voices as performers. Singing and acting let students express their own feelings through the comfort of the character they are portraying. A basis of healthy vocal technique, age-appropriate repertoire, as well as being comfortable on stage and basic acting concepts, lets my students express themselves in a safe and encouraging atmosphere.
